* Open the registry editor by navigating to Start >> Run, typing regedit.exe and hitting enter

CurrentVersion\Explorer\Destkop\NameSpace\
* Delete this key: {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
* Restart, the Recycle Bin has now gone from your desktop
